The best method of contacting our support team is via noc@iptransit.com.au

Please include as much information as possible including source and destination IP addresses that are experiencing the issue, traceroutes and any BGP debugging information you can provide.

If your issue is urgent please still send the same information as you would any other issue, but followup the ticket with a phone call to our noc on 1800 836 075 explaining that the issue is urgent and our team will escalate accordingly.
